How To Make Recipe Jersey Mike s Buffalo Chicken Sub

A spicy and delicious sandwich filled with buffalo chicken, veggies and cheese.

Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Grill the chicken on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until cooked.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, mix buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing and mayonnaise in a bowl.

  4. Cut the chicken into thin slices.

  5. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.

  6. On each roll layer lettuce, tomato and onion.

  7. Top with chicken and pour buffalo sauce on top.

  8. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of chicken.

  9. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Serve hot.
