Ingredients

  • 2 cans yellow corn, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 pcs jalapenos, small, finely diced
  • 1 pc red onion, diced
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 5 oz ranch dressing
  • 4 oz Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, or similar sauce
  • cup heavy cream

For Garnish:

  • cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a saucepot add all the ingredients except cilantro.
  2. Mix the ingredients together and cook on low for 10 to 15 minutes, making sure to stir twice to break apart and mix the cream cheese well.
  3. Once it's ready, serve and top with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with your choice of accompaniments.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
