How To Make Pulled Pork Nachos with Cheese and Jalapenos
Delicious and crispy pulled pork nachos, topped with cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, brown sugar, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub spice mixture all over pork shoulder.

Place pork shoulder in a baking dish and pour chicken broth over it.

Cover dish with foil and bake for 3 hours, until pork is tender and falls apart easily.

Shred pork with a fork.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.

Top chips evenly with shredded pork, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno slices.

Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
