How To Make Hooters Loaded Nachos

Crispy tortilla chips covered with melted cheese, jalapenos, and savory beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips (10-12 oz)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of refried beans (16 oz)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain the fat.

  3. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well and let cook for one minute.

  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top with refried beans, beef mixture, and cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Top with sliced jalapenos and sour cream before serving.
