Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork tenderloins on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
-
Brush the balsamic glaze all over the pork tenderloins.
-
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
-
Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with the remaining glaze. Enjoy!
