Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 35 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes until it becomes syrupy.

  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork tenderloins on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

  4. Brush the balsamic glaze all over the pork tenderloins.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with the remaining glaze. Enjoy!
