How To Make Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place pork tenderloin in a baking dish and brush with half of the apricot glaze.

Bake for 15 minutes and then brush with remaining glaze.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
