How To Make Sweet Glazed Pork
Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour half of the glaze over it, making sure to coat it evenly.

Bake the pork for 25 minutes.

Remove the pork from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over it.

Return the pork to the oven and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve the sweet glazed pork garnished with chopped green onions.
