How To Make Enoki Mushroom and Sesame Noodle Salad
Delicious Asian-inspired salad with delicate enoki mushrooms, flavorful sesame noodles, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
- 8 oz. spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

In a large bowl, toss together cooked noodles, enoki mushrooms, and green onions.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
