Tender pork is glazed with sweet peaches for a mouth-watering main course topped with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Season pork tenderloins with black pepper.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and chopped peaches.

  4. Brush tenderloins with olive oil, then place on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Brush pork with peach glaze halfway through cooking time.

  6. Top with fresh rosemary before serving.
