  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

  4. In glasses or parfait cups, layer the peanut butter mixture with caramel sauce, crushed pretzels, and chopped peanuts.

  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
