How To Make Stir-fried Rice with Cabbage & Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 small cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften.

Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and add the cooked rice to the empty side. Stir-fry the rice for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through and well coated with the sauces.

Stir in the cooked bacon and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the stir-fried rice with cabbage and bacon hot.
