How To Make Slow Cooked Wild Rabbit with Rosemary, Olive Oil & Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 wild rabbit, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Season the rabbit pieces with salt and pepper.

  3. Sear the rabbit pieces in the skillet until browned on all sides.

  4. Transfer the rabbit to a slow cooker.

  5. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the rabbit pieces.

  6. Place the rosemary sprigs on top.

  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the rabbit is tender.

  8. Remove the rosemary sprigs before serving.

  9. Serve the slow-cooked rabbit with your favorite side dishes.
