How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Truffle Oil Pasta
A creamy, flavorful pasta dish featuring oyster mushrooms and truffle oil.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 ounces of oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of truffle oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the oyster mushrooms and sauté until tender and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is heated through.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce.

Drizzle the truffle oil over the pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley if desired.
