  • 1 lb. Oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms and chopped thyme to the skillet and stir to combine.

  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are browned and tender.

  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
