How To Make Fountain Blue Restaurant’s Truffle Fries

Thinly sliced, crispy fries with a rich truffle flavor and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin fries
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss together the sliced potatoes, truffle oil, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
