How To Make Crab and Cheddar Biscuits

These flaky biscuits are filled with succulent crab meat and sharp cheddar cheese, making them perfect for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, cooked crab meat, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add in milk and stir until a soft dough forms.

  4. Turn out dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.

  5. Roll out dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.

  6. Place biscuits onto a greased baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
