How To Make Enoki Mushroom and Tofu Stir-Fry
This is a quick and easy stir-fry dish with enoki mushrooms and tofu.

Ingredients
- 200g enoki mushrooms
- 300g firm tofu, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the enoki mushrooms and tofu, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
