How To Make Eldon’s Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick, flavorful stir-fry with tender beef, colorful veggies and a savory sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 yellow onion, sliced into thin strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and water. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add onions and bell peppers and continue to sauté until vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Return beef to skillet and pour sauce over the top. Stir gently to coat everything evenly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes more, until sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
