Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 package of enoki mushrooms, ends trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oil for cooking
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add beef strips and toss to coat.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.

Add red bell pepper and enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
