  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss pork slices with cornstarch and set aside.

  2. In another bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook pork slices until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  5. Pour in sauce mixture and stir until pork is fully coated and sauce thickens.

  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
