How To Make Mongolian Beef Recipe
Savory and slightly sweet, this Mongolian Beef Recipe is a delicious blend of traditional Asian flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions

Coat beef strips in cornstarch.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add beef strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Drain all but 2 tbsp of oil from the skillet.

Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and water, stirring to combine.

Bring sauce to a boil and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Return beef to skillet and stir to coat with sauce.

Stir in green onions and sesame oil.
