Basted Grilled Vegetables Recipe

Your choice of mixed vegetables are prepared with olive oil, lemon, and fresh herbs.

How To Make Basted Grilled Vegetables

  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped thyme, rosemary, or oregano
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)
  • vegetables (e.g. eggplant, green pepper, squash, etc.)
  1. Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, and garlic to make the basting sauce.

  2. To grill the vegetables, brush them with the basting sauce then place them on a lightly greased grill.

  3. Cook the vegetables, making sure to turn them often so that they become slightly browned and tender.

  4. Once your vegetables are done grilling, serve them and enjoy!
