How To Make Nacho Lasagna

Baked for 25 minutes, each bite of this nacho lasagna is packed with layers of spicy beef sirloin, juicy tomatoes, crispy tortilla chips, and rich cheese.

Total: 40 minutes



  • 1lbbeef sirloin,cut into bite size strips
  • 1small onion,chopped
  • 2tspgarlic,chopped
  • 10oztomatoes and green chiles,(1 can) diced
  • 4ozjalapeno peppers,(1 can) chopped
  • 18oztortilla chips,(1 package)
  • 10ozblack olives,(1 can) drained
  • 1tomato,chopped
  • 3cupscheddar-monterey jack cheese blend,shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Remove from heat, and stir in tomatoes and jalapenos.

  3. Pour ½ of beef mixture in a 9×13-inch pan. Top with a layer of tortilla chips, ½ of black olives, ½ of tomato, and ½ of shredded cheese. Repeat layers.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
