- 1cuponion,chopped
- 1cupgreen bell pepper,diced
- 2garlic cloves,pressed
- 14½ozchicken broth,(2 cans)
- 1cupchicken breast,cooked, chopped
- 10ozdiced tomatoes with green chile peppers,(1 can)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onion, green pepper and garlic until tender.

Stir in the chicken broth, chicken pieces, and the diced tomatoes and chilies. Simmer covered for at least 10 minutes.
