How To Make Pork Chops Cordon Bleu
Your usual cordon bleu recipe with a twist! This cordon bleu is made with tender pork chops, stuffed with gooey cheese and bacon, for a filling dish.

Ingredients
- 5Smithfield® Hickory Smoked Bacon slices,cooked crisp, crumbled
- ½cupswiss cheese,shredded
- 1tbspyellow mustard,prepared
- 1tbspmayonnaise
- 1Smithfield® Garlic & Herb Seasoned Pork Loin Filet
- ¼cupflour
- 2eggs,beaten
- 1½cupspanko bread crumbs
- 2tbspbutter
- 2tbspolive oil
Instructions

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the bacon, cheese, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Mix well.

Cut the pork loin filet into 6 slices. Pound with the heel of hand to about ½-inch thick. Cut the pocket into one long side of each chop.

Spoon the cheese filling into each pocket and coat lightly with flour. Dip each chop into beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.

Place the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted. carefully place the pork chops into the skillet.

Cook until the breadcrumbs are browned and crisp on each side, turning once.

Place on a baking sheet, then bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
