Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 32 oz frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 20 oz cheddar cheese soup, (two 10 oz cans)
  • 24 oz evaporated milk, (two 12 oz cans)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

To Serve:

  • cheddar cheese, as desired
  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and sautee onions over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Place all ingredients (except cheddar cheese) in a crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours.

  5. Serve with cheddar cheese on top and garnished with parsley.
