Copycat Burger King’s BK Broiler Recipe

This fast food favorite makes for a perfect addition to your cookout! Stick with the traditional toppings or add your own to this tender and well-marinated chicken.

This chicken sandwich recipe has marinated chicken, vegetables, and ranch dressing giving you a delicious and filling meal.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz chicken breast , boneless and skinless chicken breasts, halved, flattened, and tenderized
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp liquid smoke
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp french dressing
  • cooking spray

For Assembly:

  • 3 pcs oat burger buns
  • ¾ oz lettuce, shredded
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 3 oz tomato , cut into rings

For Serving:

  • ¼ cup potato fries, per serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together water, salt, pepper, liquid smoke, oregano, onion powder, paprika, and French dressing.

  2. Submerge your chicken in the marinade, then set it aside in a chilled area. Allow to marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

  3. Preheat your grill and grease your grill with cooking spray.

  4. Once ready, grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Toast also your buns. We can now assemble the sandwich.

  6. Spread roughly 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing on each bun, then place your cooked chicken at the bottom bun.

  7. Place roughly 1-ounce tomatoes and ¼-ounce lettuce.

  8. Cover with the top bun and serve with potato fries or onion rings.
