How To Make Coconut Chocolate Doughnut Holes
This donut hole recipe makes delicious donuts rolled in desiccated coconut to add texture and a bit of sweet and nutty flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 2 cups desiccated coconut, flaked or shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Add eggs, vanilla, milk, and margarine into the flour mixture.
- Continuously stir until all ingredients are well combined.
