
How To Make French Dip Sandwich
A mouthwatering French dip sandwich made with slow-cooked chuck roast tossed in beef broth and onions set on a crusty roll and dipped in a tasty sauce.

Ingredients
- 4lbchuck roastor rump roast
- Salt and pepperto taste
- 10½ozbeef brothlow sodium
- 10½ozonion souplow sodium
- 1onionsliced
- 12ozlight beer
- 2garlic clovesminced
- 1rosemary sprigoptional
- 1tspWorcestershire sauce
- 8french rollsor 2 baguettes cut into 6 inch rolls
- 8tbspbutter
Instructions

Season roast with salt and pepper. Brown in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Place remaining ingredients except for rolls and butter in a slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours or until beef is tender.

Once the roast is tender, remove from the juices and let it rest for 15 minutes. Shred or slice beef.

Butter rolls and heat under a broiler until lightly toasted. Top rolls with beef and serve with jus from the slow cooker for dipping.
