
How To Make Grilled Chicken Avocado and Mango Salad
The tropical flavors in this sweet and savory mango salad amplifies a filling meal! It’s served with smoky grilled chicken, and made in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 12ozchicken breast,(from 1 lb raw), grilled, sliced
- 1cupavocado,diced
- 1cupmango,(from 1½ mangoes), diced
- 2tbspred onion,diced
- 6cupsbaby red butter lettuce
For Vinaigrette:
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
- salt and fresh cracked pepper,to taste
Instructions

Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, then set aside.

Toss the avocado, mango, chicken and red onion together.

Fill a large salad platter with baby greens or divide on 4 small dishes. Top with chicken-avocado mixture, then drizzle half the dressing on top.
