
How To Make Roasted Mushrooms with Balsamic and Soy
Cook up a plate of these roasted mushrooms for your next side dish! It comes with a balsamic and soy glaze, and takes only 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients
- 2lbsmushrooms
- 1tbspunsalted butter,melted
- 1tbspoil
- 3tbspbalsamic vinegar
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 4garlic cloves,minced or chopped
- ½tspparsley,chopped
- ½tspthyme,or rosemary
- ½tspbrown sugar
- coarse salt
- black pepper,cracked, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Lightly grease a large baking sheet or pan with nonstick cooking oil spray.

Wipe the mushrooms over with a damp sheet of paper towel to clean.

In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms with the melted butter, oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, parsley, thyme, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.

Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, mixing them halfway through cooking, until tender.
