How To Make Roasted Mushrooms with Balsamic and Soy

Cook up a plate of these roasted mushrooms for your next side dish! It comes with a balsamic and soy glaze, and takes only 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 2lbsmushrooms
  • 1tbspunsalted butter,melted
  • 1tbspoil
  • 3tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 4garlic cloves,minced or chopped
  • ½tspparsley,chopped
  • ½tspthyme,or rosemary
  • ½tspbrown sugar
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper,cracked, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Lightly grease a large baking sheet or pan with nonstick cooking oil spray.

  3. Wipe the mushrooms over with a damp sheet of paper towel to clean.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms with the melted butter, oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, parsley, thyme, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.

  5. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

  6. Roast in the hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, mixing them halfway through cooking, until tender.

  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
