Ingredients

  • 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

  6. Serve hot as a delicious appetizer or as a side dish.
