  • 2 artichokes (stemmed and cut in halves)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/4 cup salt

To Serve:

  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette

  2. Add lemon juice.
