Copycat Cheesecake Factory Original Cheesecake Recipe

This original cheesecake recipe is a classic dessert that many love and enjoy. It is the perfect mixture of that light cheesy flavor mixed with the slightly spiced flavor in the crust.

How To Make Copycat Cheesecake Factory Original Cheesecake

Crust

  • 2 cups graham crackers (crumbled)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (grated)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)

Filling

  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Making the crust

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line a cake pan with parchment paper.

  2. Combine graham cracker, cinnamon, and butter in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Press the graham cracker mixture onto the bottom of the pan, making sure it is spread evenly. Freeze for about 30 minutes.

Making the filling

  1. Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until creamy.

  2. Crack in the eggs and mix again thoroughly. Pour cream cheese mixture into the crust.

  3. Bake for about 10 minutes on 500 degrees, then for 35 minutes on 400 degrees.

  4. Remove and cool for about 1 hour before serving.
