How To Make Rotini Pasta with Creamy Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Creamy and cheesy Alfredo sauce over perfectly cooked Rotini pasta.

Ingredients
- 12 oz Rotini pasta
 - 2 cups heavy cream
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
 
Instructions
- 
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - 
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
 - 
Pour in heavy cream and stir until well combined. Continue to stir for 2-3 minutes until the cream starts to simmer.
 - 
Add grated Parmesan cheese and keep stirring over low heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened.
 - 
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - 
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until all the pasta is coated with the sauce.
 - 
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
