How To Make Copycat Pizza Hut Chicken Alfredo Pesto

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini noodles
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken breast

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease a 9X9 pan with oil.
  • Follow package directions to cook noodles.
  • In a medium sauce pan, melt butter on medium-/low heat.
  • Add in cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  • Now add in garlic and pepper and continue blending.
  • Pour in milk and blend until mixture is creamy.
  • Put in mozzarella cheese and blend until melted.
  • Add in a little parmesan.
  • Add chicken and continue blending.
  • Pour and spread 1/3 the sauce contents into the pan and add noddles on top.
  • Add 1/3 of mozzarella and a little parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat layering process.
  • The top layer should be the last of the sauce.
  • Top with more mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Serve.
