Rich Fish Alfredo Pasta Recipe

How To Make Rich Fish Alfredo Pasta

Fish flakes and green pease combined in a delectable pasta recipe smothered in rich thick Alfredo sauce.

  • 16 oz rotini (twist) noodles
  • 1 lb white fish
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup light butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Preparing the Alfredo sauce:

  1. Begin by making the Alfredo sauce. 

  2. Place butter in a medium saucepan or pot and melt. Add cream and warm on high for 1 minute.

  3. Add Parmesan cheese and warm until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper. Mix all together.

Preparing the noodles:

  1. For the noodles, in a large pot with water, add a pinch of water and boil over a high heat.

  2. Once boiled, add in noodles and cook until tender. Drain and place noodles back into pot and place off to the side.

Preparing the white fish:

  1. For fish, place the fish on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle salt, pepper, and oil on top of fish to taste. 

  2. Bunch foil on top and place salmon on grill. Let cook for about 6-8 minutes or until fish is slightly flaky. Remove and chop up into chunks.

  3. In another pot, place peas and water in and bring to a boil. Cover and steam for about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Once everything is made, combine fish, pasta, and peas in a bowl and cover with Alfredo sauce. Serve.
