Marinara Macaroni Salad Recipe

This recipe shows you how to make a macaroni salad with a twist, great for summer parties. You can garnish with hard-boiled eggs and tomato wedges if desired.

How To Make Marinara Macaroni Salad

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 15 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup celery (chopped )
  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 4 oz black olives (sliced)
  • 1 small red onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  2. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and rinse under cold water. 

  3. Put macaroni in a serving bowl. Mix in the other ingredients.

  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
