Ingredients

  • ½lbmacaroni noodles,uncooked
  • 1tbsponion,minced
  • cupcelery,chopped
  • ½cupred pepper,diced
  • 1⅓cupsmall shrimp,cooked

For Dressing:

  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 2tbsplemon juice,fresh
  • 2tbspsweet relish
  • 3tbspfresh dill
  • 1tspsugar
  • ¼tspsalt,or to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni noodles to al dente according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sweet relish, dill, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.

  3. Place the noodles, onion, celery, red pepper, shrimp, and dressing in a large bowl, then toss until combined.
