This delicious pasta is one of a kind. Created with delicious calamari and creamy pasta sauce.

How To Make Creamy Calamari Pasta

  • 2 lbs. squid (chopped, clean )
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pkg shell pasta
  • three cheese pasta sauce (store bought)
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Drain and rinse pasta in cold water. Set this aside.

  3. In a small bowl, mix cheese, garlic, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

  4. In a large skillet, sauté chopped squid in olive oil until body shrinks for about 10 minutes.

  5. Add the cheese and garlic mixture in the skillet. Turn several times when cooking.

  6. Cover pan for 30 minutes to an hour until the squid is tender.

  7. When done, place on top of cooked pasta.
