Carrabba’s Fried Calamari

There are many places to get fried calamari and the best one is your own kitchen. You don’t need a deep fryer or fancy kitchen tools. All you need is 30 minutes to create and enjoy!

How To Make Carrabba’s Fried Calamari

  • 1 lb calamari (frozen)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  1. Defrost the calamari and heat it in oil in a large saucepan at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper then add the calamari to the mixture.

  3. Fry the calamari for 1 to 2 minutes each. Once you're done frying, remove them from the oil and let them cool. Afterward, serve and enjoy!
