  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

  2. Whisk the mixture until well combined and smooth.

  3. Add chopped cilantro and lemon juice to the mixture and mix well.

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve chilled with chips, bread, or vegetables.
