Trying to figure out what to do with your can of cream of chicken soup? Look no further than this recipe! Pasta and broccoli are baked with soup, onions, and seasoning to create this filling dish!

  • 10½ oz cream of chicken, (1 can)
  • 1 lb penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced
  • oz water, to dilute
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste


  1. In a bowl, add pasta, broccoli, onions, and soup with half a can of water to dilute.

  2. Blend everything together, season with salt and pepper, and pour in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve garnished with parsley and parmesan.
