How To Make Bacon King Burger King (Copycat)
Enjoy a healthier version of the Burger King bacon king, crafted in your kitchen, for a meaty & juicy bite made with a ground beef patty.
Ingredients
- 4 burger buns
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 8 slices American cheese
- 11⁄3 cup lettuce, shredded
- 2 white onion, sliced
- 8 slices dill pickle
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- bacon, cooked
For Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp french dressing
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp sweet pickle relish
Instructions

Cut a couple of slices of white onion and set to aside.

Preheat the gas grill on high heat.

While the grill is preheating, divide ground beef into 8 equal portions. Press each patty flat. Use the bun as a rough size guide, ensuring the patties are a similar size.

Grill the patties for 3 minutes on each side, and season while taking them off the grill.

While cooking the patties, lightly toast the buns either on the grill or in a toaster.

Once everything is cooked build the burger in the following order: patty, cheese, patty, cheese, 2 slices of bacon, onion rings, pickle slices, and sauce.

Heat the burgers in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Serve and enjoy.
