How To Make Mac ‘n’ Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 package of slider buns
  • 2 cups of cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.

  4. Spoon the mac ‘n’ cheese mixture onto the slider bun bottoms, spreading it evenly.

  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the mac ‘n’ cheese mixture.

  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until the slider buns are golden and crispy.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
