Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, diced
- 1 cup rose water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced pears, rose water, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.

Add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.

Place ice cubes in serving glasses and pour the pear and rose mixture over the ice.
