How To Make Smoked Mac ‘n’ Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups of cooked macaroni
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup of diced green onions
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or smoker to 300°F (150°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, diced bacon, diced green onions, butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place the mac ‘n’ cheese mixture evenly onto four slices of bread. Top with the remaining four slices of bread to make sandwiches.

Place the sandwiches on the grill or smoker and cook for 15 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.

Remove from the grill or smoker and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
