Ingredients
- 1 green peppers, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 onions, chopped
- 1 celery stalks, chopped
- ¾ cups butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ lbs smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups long grain brown rice, uncooked
- 1 ½ cups tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ cups green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp hot sauce
- ¼ tbsp salt
- ¼ tbsp pepper
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook smoked sausage until browned.

In the same pan, add and saute the the peppers, onion, celery in butter until the outside is lightly crisped.
- Then add the garlic and cook for about 2 more minutes.
- Place in a large bowl and stir in all the remaining ingredients.
- Pull out your large casserole dish and cover.

Bake this dish at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes.
- Pull out your casserole and stir to thorughly mix up all your ingredients.
