How To Make Ruby Tuesday Cajun Jambalaya Pasta Recipe

A spicy and flavorful pasta dish with chicken, shrimp, and sausage.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 4 oz andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. Add shrimp and sausage to the same skillet and cook until shrimp turn pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, sauté peppers and onions until they are tender.

  5. Add Cajun seasoning to the skillet and stir until everything is coated evenly.

  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.

  7. Add in cooked pasta, chicken, shrimp, and sausage. Stir until everything is coated evenly.

  8. Add Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper, to taste. Stir until everything is well combined.

  9. Serve hot.
