I made this recipe with Perdue Perfect Portions chicken and it came out great!

How To Make Chicken, Broccoli, and Corn Casserole

This is an easy-to-make casserole recipe that is straightforward and sumptuous.

  • 4 Perdue Perfect Portion Chicken Breasts (Italian)
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg frozen white corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 2 mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 cup cheddar & mozzarella cheese (shredded )
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  1. Simmer chicken in a small amount of water until done.

  2. Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes more.

  3. Add soup and cream cheese and stir until blended then simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Boil broccoli and corn for 10 minutes until heated through.

  5. Drain and add veggies to chicken mixture.

  6. Add seasonings, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  8. Combine cheese and bread crumbs together and spread on top of chicken mixture.

  9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is well melted and browns slightly.

  10. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
